Routine mechanical maintenance

MaintainanceThe Panmarine Service team handles the scheduled maintenance of equipment, which takes place at the client’s premises and always adheres to GEA WESTFALIA specifications. During scheduled maintenance, seals and bearings are replaced, and the shaft and motor are serviced to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the equipment.

Annual Inspections

Our service Team arranges inspections on board to examine operational status of all GEA Westfalia separators. They perform, if necessary, any maintenance actions and examine on board the spares in order to make relevant recommendations to the crew.

Commissioning

CommissioningThe specialized team of Panmarine, comprising 7 field service engineers, handles the commissioning of GEA WESTFALIA equipment at each client's site. They begin with an inspection of the installation and its connections to ensure everything is up to standard. Following this, they initiate the startup of both the main and peripheral equipment to ensure proper system functionality. This process aims to achieve the desired quality of the final product, therefore fulfilling the client's requirements and expectations.

Sea Trials

Sea TrialsAs part of new building projects, our team collaborates with shipyards to conduct trial runs of the equipment on ships under construction, simulating real sailing conditions.
